Takedown and Abuse Reports

Status: v1.4 process. Effective at general availability.

Report unlawful content, unauthorized security testing, intellectual-property concerns, or other abuse to security@arbitersec.com. Include:

• your identity and a reliable contact method;
• the affected account, artifact, URL, or timestamp where known;
• the legal or policy basis for the request;
• evidence of ownership or authorization; and
• the precise action requested.

Do not email malware, customer binaries, credentials, or exploit payloads. Provide hashes and bounded descriptions first; we will arrange a controlled transfer if needed.

We validate requests, preserve only necessary operational evidence, and apply the least disruptive effective measure. Actions can include restricting an artifact, suspending access, preserving records required by law, or declining an unsupported request. We may notify the affected customer unless prohibited or doing so would create a material security risk.

Emergency threats to life or active destructive abuse should also be reported to the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.
